The Rosebriar Restaurant was opened in 1989 by Gail and Alan Burris.  The diner quickly became famous for its sweet, custard pies.  On January 3, 2023, Melissa and Wes Eudy purchased "The Briar".  Here you will find a great menu of sandwiches, burgers, and salads; a daily soup option; and, of course, pies!
